Jonathan M. Milling
A 1998 graduate of The University of South Carolina School of Law with a Juris Doctorate, Jonathan has an extensive civil and criminal trial litigation background. Beginning with his first appointment as a prosecutor with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office, Attorney Milling has successfully prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors in Circuit and Magistrate courts through trial or guilty plea. Cases included murder, trafficking in narcotics, armed robberies, criminal sexual conduct, and burglaries.
After gaining a wealth of experience as a prosecutor, Jonathan went on to represent civil and criminal clients in both Federal and State Courts in South Carolina, including investigation and defense of actions and service as trial counsel, and where appropriate appellate counsel. Mr. Milling also has experience conducting internal investigations of corporate entities under suspicion of wrongdoing.
As the founding member of Milling Law Firm, LLC, Jonathan represents civil and criminal clients in Federal and State Courts throughout South Carolina and before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.

Sandra Moser
Sandra Moser started her career as a law clerk to the Honorable Doyet Early in the Second Judicial Circuit. Following her clerkship, she worked for a multi-state civil firm before joining the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, where she gained valuable trial experience prosecuting a broad range of misdemeanor and felony offenses.
Sandra now focuses her practice on civil and criminal defense claims and is able to provide valuable insight thanks to her experience as a prosecutor. She is skilled in handling cases at all stages of the litigation process, from initial evaluation through trial. She successfully obtained jury trial convictions in a variety of cases, including murders, sexual assaults, armed robberies, and drug offenses.
While at the South Carolina School of Law, Sandra clerked for the House of Representative’s Labor, Commerce, and Industry Committee, where she researched and drafted legislation. She honed her writing skills as a published associate editor of the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal and represented her class as vice-chair of the Honor Council.
Sandra places an emphasis on client service in her practice. She is detail-oriented and responsive to client inquiries with the ultimate goal of exceeding the client’s expectations. Sandra is also actively involved in the community through the Junior League of Columbia and the Young Lawyer’s Division of the SC Bar. She is a member of the Bar’s Animal Law Committee, Wellness Committee, and Cinderella Project. She has co-chaired the SC Bar’s Backpack Drive for the past several years and she’s a member of Pawmetto Lifeline’s Young Professional Board.
